If you are planning to attend the conference as a delegate, you can register online until September 2, 2023, and you are also able to register on site at the conference. Registration is possible on our conference website (https://fcl.org.pl/registration/). We recommend that you are registering as early as possible, this will allow the conference organizers to ensure to send you relevant information (for example, link to download abstracts, etc.) prior to the conference.
You can buy your tickets for the gala dinner through our registration system (https://fcl.org.pl/registration/) Gala dinner seats are limited, we encourage you to buy your ticket as early as possible to make sure we have space to accommodate you.
Yes, you can bring a guest to the gala dinner, you can purchase additional tickets through our registration system.

The board measures approximately 110cm (width) x 155cm (length). This equals about 43inches (width) x 61inches (length). We will provide pins.
The registration fee includes access to all talks, morning and afternoon refreshments, and a light lunch.
You will receive a program with titles of the presentations and a name badge. The name badge must be worn throughout conference hours. If you have purchased a ticket/tickets for the gala dinner, you will also receive these with your arrival package.
Some abstracts for keynotes and invited presentations are available already on our conference website (http://ica.fcl.org.pl/). You will receive an email with a link to download all abstracts prior to the conference.
It is up the discretion of the presenter whether they will provide participants with handouts.
The gala dinner (extra ticket necessary) will take place on Saturday evening.
There will not be a special issue per se, but presenters have to opportunity to submit their articles written in either English or Polish to be published in the 2024 issue of one of two Polish scientific journals with open access.

Both journals accept papers written in English or Polish, articles submitted in English will be published in this language.
After receiving two positive reviews (double-blinded) and an initial editorial, the paper will be will published and available in open access.
